Former South Georgia Medical Center CEO James McGahee was honored with the 2012 Distinguished Citizen Award at the Boy Scouts of America Alapaha Area Council fundraiser dinner Thursday night. It is because of the values that Boy Scouts are taught that they are ‘destined to succeed,’ McGahee said.
