Rick Feitl works under a canopy of snow-covered trees as he sweeps the snow off his car on First Street in Downtown Evansville, Ind. on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012 after the area was hit by blizzard like conditions as snow started early on Wednesday leaving Evansville with 7-inches or more of snow in some areas coupled with high winds and declining temperatures. "It's a mess," Feitl said, "although we haven't had anything like this for a couple of years."
