Rep. Jack Kingston (R/Ga.-1), the ranking member of the House Agriculture Appropriations Committee, recently met with a delegation of Young Farmers from the Georgia Farm Bureau to discuss issues affecting farmers on the federal level. Among other things, the group talked about President Barack Obama� proposal to cut crop support payments, immigration reform, and environmental issues.
