The line of cars waiting to receive groceries from the Second Harvest Wednesday morning stretched the length of Gil Harbin Industrial Boulevard. One driver who had been in line for an hour stated that at one point the line had reached all the way to the Georgia State Patrol office 1.3 miles away.
