Superstorm Evacuation2.jpg

In this Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012 photo, David Bagatelle walks in flood waters from his home in the wake of superstorm Sandy in Hoboken, N.J. Bagatelle stayed home with his his wife and seven day old baby, surrounded by water outside, but dry inside.
