Valdosta State basketball splits with Delta State

VALDOSTA — The Valdosta State basketball teams split a pair of games with Delta State Saturday afternoon in Valdosta.

The Lady Blazers lost for the fourth time in five games, falling to the Lady Statesmen 52-48. The Blazers improved to 12-5 on the season with a 60-54 win.

Both games aired live on CBS College Sports Network, a nationally broadcast channel.
