Grady B. Teague
Mr. Grady B. Teague, 74, of Hope, Ark. and Royal, Ark. went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 27, 2006 at St. Josephs Mercy Health Center, Hot Springs, Ark.
He was born on Jan. 31, 1932 in Dermott, Ark. to Webster W. and Leattie Douglas Teague. He was a retired poultry farmer. He was a Baptist and a retired Air Force veteran of 23 years having served in the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He was also a Bronze Star recipient. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Stephen Grady Teague and his wife Debbie, who both died Oct. 11, 2004.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jayne K. Teague of Hope, Ark. and Royal, Ark.; one son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Edith Teague, Breckenridge, Texas; six grandchildren, Toby Teague, Heath Teague, both of Breckenridge, Texas, James Teague and Ginger, Bloomington, Ind., Eric Teague, Sherri Johnson and Mark and Brenda Baker and Leland, all of Hope, Ark.; six great-grandchildren, Ana Teague and Hailey Teague, Breckenridge, Texas, Cody Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Anna Harris, and Doniel Baker, all of Hope, Ark; and one brother and sister-in-law, Webster Teague, Jr., and Beverly of Valdosta, Ga.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today, March 30, 2006, in Holly Grove Cemetery, DeAnn, Ark., with the Rev. Larry Brown officiating. Burial to follow. The family received friends Wednesday, March, 29, 2006 at the funeral home. — Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Ark.

IRetha Connell
IRetha Connell, 74, of Nashville passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta.
She was born on June 23, 1932, in Berrien County to Reuben Futch and Pearlie Ann Griffin Noles. She was a homemaker; retired from ITT Industries in Adel and was a member of Alapaha Baptist Church. She was the widow of Robert Connell who died in 1993.
She is survived by three daughters, Lucy Bennett of Adel, Lucille Exum, Nashville, Carolyn Howell, Lenox; one son, Eston Connell, Nashville; seven grandchildren, Connie, Dana, Brian, Jeremy, David Lee, Dustin, Michael; one sister, Evie Lee Wells, Nashville; and two brothers, Henry Knowles and Allen Knowles, both of Nashville. She is preceded in death by two grandsons, Jason Connell and Eston Connell, Jr.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2006, at Alapaha Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Gibbs and the Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating. Burial will be held in Flat Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 2 p.m. Friday with the family receiving friends from 7-9 p.m. — Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville
