At 8:09 p.m., William Boyd, 44, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and with a suspended driver’s license, according to reports.
At 11 a.m., police responded to a residence on East St. John Place in reference to a burglary by forced entry. The complainant reported that an unknown person entered his residence by breaking a window and stealing property estimated at $2,040, according to reports.
At 3:20 p.m., a resident reported that her home in the 600 block of Lamar Street was broken into by forced entry. According to reports, property valued at $1,800 was taken.
