• Tommy Lee Sanders Jr., 22, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred at 1:45 a.m. in the 700 block of East Hill Avenue, according to reports.

• Stephen Anthony Loucks, 19, was charged with theft other following an incident that occurred at 11:38 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Ashley Street, according to reports.
• Natavis Baynard, 26, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and probation violation following an incident that occurred at 11:05 p.m. in the 400 block of Jones Street, according to reports.
• Willie F. Seward, 48, was charged with driver’s license violation and other traffic violations following an incident that occurred at 8:36 p.m. in the 600 block of East Ann Street, according to reports.
