Monday
• Between 6 a.m. Friday and 6:06 a.m. Monday, in the 1100 block of Madison Highway, a citizen reported an incident of criminal damage of property and theft, according to reports. The citizen stated that an unknown person entered a newspaper machine and removed the content valued at $50, reports stated.
• At 2:22 a.m., in the 2500 block of Bemiss Road, while on patrol, an officer made contact with an individual acting suspiciously, reports stated. Upon investigating, Dayne Tyler Baucom, 18, was arrested on a warrant, according to reports.
Sunday
• At 5:22 p.m., in the 1500 block of North Ashley Street, a complainant said a man entered her place of employment and tried to purchase items with a counterfeit $20 bill, according to reports.
Saturday
• At 8:54 p.m. in the 500 block of North St Augustine Road, Bobby Edward Smith Jr., 20, was charged with a city ordinance violation for underage possession of alcohol, reports stated.
