At 1:23 p.m. Kevin Darvon Allen, 24, was charged with synthetic narcotic possession, prescription forgery and obstructing a law enforcement officer following an incident that occurred in the 2200 block of North Ashley Street, according to reports.
At 3:12 p.m. Kayla Latisha Lee, 17, was charged with marijuana possession, seat belt/child restraint violation, driver’s license violation and other offenses not covered following an incident that occurred in the 2100 block of Melrose Drive, according to reports.
At 4:12 p.m. Jarvis Williams, 18, Odell James, 17 and two juveniles, both 15, were charged with marijuana possession following an incident that occurred in the 3000 block of Ginny Drive, according to reports.
At 4:56 p.m. Jennifer Richardson, 27, and Michael Burleigh, 32, were charged with probation violation following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of East Hill Avenue, according to reports.
At 6:47 p.m. Frankie Brown, 52, was charged with probation violation following an incident that occurred in the 800 block of Devine Street, according to reports.

At 5:37 p.m. Brian Campbell, 19, was charged with interference of an officer following an incident that occurred in the 800 block of South Fry Street, according to reports.
At 6:14 p.m. Brittant Sade Brown, 23, was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer and probation violation following an incident that occurred in the 900 block of Ponderosa Drive, according to reports.
