At 11:10 p.m., on the 700 block of East College Street, police responded to a call that five unknown black males and females were taking landscape lights from the front yard of the residence, according to reports.
At 6:20 p.m., on the 1100 block of North St. Augustine Road, police arrested a man in connection with a woman’s injuries. Jim Vincent Randazzo Jr., 47, is charged with battery, according to reports.
Between 8 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, on the 700 block of West Cranford Avenue, a complainant stated an unknown person(s) stole an item, valued at $50, from her vehicle, reports stated.
Between 6 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday, on the 2300 block of Pinecliff Drive, a complainant stated an unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and stole a handgun, valued at $300, reports stated.
At 6:41 p.m., on the 700 block of Holly Drive, after being stopped for a traffic offense, police made an arrest. Phouthone Sanouvong, 39, is charged with probation violation, interference with an officer, and driver’s license violation, according to reports.

Between noon Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday, on the 1500 block of East Park Avenue, deputies responded to a burglary, reports stated. A complainant claimed an unknown person(s) entered the residence by force and stole an item valued at $1,000 according to reports.
Monday
At 6:45 p.m., on the 4800 block of Summit Ridge Road, deputies responded in reference to a theft, reports stated. The complainant claimed an unknown person(s) stole an item from her valued at $13,000, according to reports.
Lanier County Sheriff’s Office
On Friday, July 30, on the 900 block of East Darsey Street, the Lanier County Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant for drugs, reports stated. During that search, cocaine and marijuana were discovered in the bedroom of the suspect, according to reports. Matthew Sirmans, 30, is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, according to reports. He was transported to the Lanier County Sheriff’s Office. The Lanier County Investigations Division and the South Georgia Drug Task Force assisted in the operation. Anonymous tips led to this arrest, said Lanier County Sheriff Nick Norton.
