Between 8 p.m. Thursday and 11 p.m. Monday, in the 700 block of Woodlawn Drive, police responded in reference to a theft, reports stated. The complainant stated a known black male took the complainant’s vehicle with permission but refused to return it, according to reports.
At 8:55 p.m., in the 1700 block of Fellowship, while conducting an investigation of suspicious activity, LaKeshia Johnson, 34, was arrested on an active warrant and charged with a probation violation, according to reports.
Between 6:49 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, and 6:49 p.m. Monday, in the 2000 block of Bancroft Road, a complainant stated someone removed items valued at over $400 from the residence without permission, reports stated.
At 9 p.m., in the 1900 block of Houston Avenue, police responded to an alarm at a residence, reports stated. Upon arrival, it was determined an unknown person(s) entered the residence by force, according to reports. Over $400 worth of property was stolen, the reports stated.
At 10:30 a.m., in the 100 block of South Oak Street, Kevin Stokes, 20, was arrested and charged with a seat belt violation and driver’s license violation, reports stated. Police conducted the stop for the seat belt violation and found the driver had no valid license, according to reports.
At 4:29 p.m., in the 2000 block of North Oak Street, police responded in reference to an accident, reports stated. A witness stated a semi-truck struck a traffic light at the intersection and left the scene, according to reports.

Agents from the South Georgia Drug Task Force and Homerville Police Department arrested and charged Eddie Smith, 60, with possession of marijuana during a road check, reports stated.
Wednesday, July 14
Agents with the South Georgia Drug Task Force and Clinch County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Donterio Wilson, 25, with possession of marijuana, reports stated.
Saturday, July 10
Agents from the South Georgia Drug Task Force and Cook County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Bhawin Patel, 24, with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Interstate 75, reports stated.
