At 8:47 p.m., Valdosta police arrested Parchell Marie Gholston, 22, in the 600 block of East Ann Street and charged her with battery, reports state.

At 7:30 p.m., Valdosta police arrested Antonio Battles, 22, in the 300 block of Norman Drive and charged him with shoplifting, reports state.
