At 12:40 a.m., in the 600 block of South Oak Street, police conducted a traffic stop in reference to a traffic offense, reports stated. Sharone B. Hope, 41, was arrested and charged with a registration violation, seat belt violation and driver’s license violation, according to reports.
Tuesday
Between 7:59 p.m., in the 500 block of East Gordon Street, police conducted a traffic stop for failure to yield, reports stated. The driver had no valid license and was found to be in possession of marijuana, according to reports. Curtis Anderson, 19, was arrested and charged with failure to yield, marijuana possession and driver’s license violation, reports stated.
At 8 p.m., in the 700 block of Vallotton Drive, police conducted a traffic stop for failure to maintain lane, reports stated. Alicia Michelle Walker, 26, was arrested and charged for driving on a suspended license, according to reports.
Between 7 p.m. Monday and 9 p.m. Tuesday, in the 1600 block of Fresno Street, police responded to a vandalism call, reports stated. A complainant stated an unknown person(s) broke the window on the north side of the residence, according to reports.
Between 7 a.m.. and 5:10 p.m., in the 500 block of Ulmer Avenue, a complainant stated an unknown person(s) entered his residence and stole property, reports stated. He also stated the person(s) stole copper wiring from his yard, according to reports.
Between 11 p.m. Monday and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, in the 1100 block of Williams Street, the resident stated an unknown person(s) entered her residence and stole property valued at over $2,400, according to reports.
At 3:18 p.m., in the 400 block of East Martin Luther King Drive, police responded to an accident, reports stated. Upon investigating, it was determined one of the drivers had a suspended license, according to reports. Shawnta Natcol Richardson, 32, was arrested and charged with a seat belt violation, driver’s license violation and other traffic violations, reports stated.
Between 3 p.m. Monday- 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, in the 300 block of Blitch Street, a resident stated an unknown person(s) entered the residence through a window and stole property valued at over $300, reports stated.
At 12:22 p.m., in the 300 block of Norman Drive, Dakota Caine Miles, 21, was arrested and charged with shoplifting after he attempted to take over $90 worth of merchandise from the store, reports stated.
