Lynyrd Skynyrd kicks off Wild Adventures concert series

VALDOSTA — Wild Adventures Water and Theme Park welcomes legendary rock group Lynyrd Skynyrd to the park for a show stopping performance Saturday, March 13, at 8:00 p.m. General concert entry is included in park admission. Reserved seats are available for $10 online, by phone or at the park and do not include park admission.

Beyond the tragedy, the history, the raging guitars and the killer songs, ultimately, Lynyrd Skynyrd is about an indomitable will — about survival of spirit, unbowed, uniquely American, stubbornly resolute. With a backbone of Southern rock and country, passionate Van Zant vocals, and trademark layered guitars, the group has produced numerous rock anthems, such as “Free Bird,” and “Sweet Home Alabama.”
