SGMC Foundation holds tennis tourney

The Second Annual South Georgia Medical Center Foundation Tennis Open was held Saturday, March 21, at the Harry B. Anderson Tennis Center. Thirty-six players enjoyed excellent weather for tennis while competing to benefit the Langdale Hospice House. The event generated approximately $2,500 to benefit hospice patients. First place men� was Tad Evans, second was Mike Griffin and third place went to Steven Roberts. In the women� round, first place was awarded to Anne Henry, second to Heidi Gonzalez and a tie for third between Elizabeth Vickers and Gretchen Fricks.
