Here’s what’s happening tonight, Friday, July 3, according to items submitted.



306 North: 306 N. Patterson St., 6-10 p.m. Nephtali Santiago, a Valdosta musician, plays solo guitar standards in a variety of interpretations as part of Downtown Valdosta’s First Fridays.



Bas Bleu: Downtown Valdosta, Skannyardle, a Valdosta-based band, plays as part of Downtown Valdosta’s First Fridays.



The Bistro: 132 N. Ashley St. Pianists Roger Worden and Dante Flowers and drummer/trumpeter John Patterson play as part of Downtown Valdosta’s First Fridays.



Brooks Co. Jamboree: Culpepper Street, Quitman. Billy Ingram & The Waysiders, a Brooks County-based band, for a night of “old country music” and line-dancing.



City Market: Downtown Valdosta, starts 8 p.m. Jerry Newman and High Fidelity play as part of Downtown Valdosta’s First Fridays.



Club Maria’s: 1828 E. Park Ave., starts 9 p.m. DJ spins hits.



Giulio’s: 105 E. Ann St. Musicians Erin Palmer and Michael Giel play.



Kat’s Lounge: Bemiss Road, starts 9 p.m. Karaoke, thousands of selections. No cover.

Mikki’s: 402 Northside Drive, starts 9 p.m. Karaoke with Rick. No cover charge.



‘Once On This Island’: Sawyer Theatre, VSU Fine Arts Building, corner of Oak and Brookwood. Show starts 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $25, adult; $20, senior citizen, student; $18, group rate of 10 or more.
