The AmVets: 728 E. Hill Ave. DJ T-Bone spins “oldies goldies” and “old school,” 5 p.m.; DJ Lucky Link spins “Old School,” 9 p.m.



The Bistro: Downtown Valdosta. Tania Myers, a Valdosta performer, plays piano.



Blazers Tavern: Remerton. Skannyardle, a Valdosta-based band, plays.

Carol’s Country Club: 5111 Bemiss Road, 8:30 p.m.-until. Carol & Nitelife, a Valdosta-based band, performs classic country and classic rock & roll in this BYOB club.



Creekside Tavern: Gornto Road. The Creeksiders, a regional band, plays. PLUS: DJ spins hits.



Giulio’s: 105 E. Ann St., plays 6-9 p.m. Nephtali Santiago, a Valdosta musician, plays varied selections from the American Songbook on guitar.



Kat’s Lounge: Bemiss Road. Pool tournament. Karaoke, 9 p.m. No cover.

Paradise Exit 16 : Highway 84. Alternative club entertainment.

“The Princess and the Pea”: The Dosta Playhouse, 122 N. Ashley St., show starts 7 p.m. Gingerbread Players of Theatre Guild Valdosta presents this classic tale for children.



Quality Inn Lounge: 1902 W. Hill Ave. Karaoke and dance music with DJ Ash.



Rascal’s Bar & Grill: 4875 U.S. 41, Lake Park. Daddy’s Money, a Valdosta-based band, plays.



Rock ’N Rodeo: 3472 Bemiss Road. Downstroke, a regional band, plays.



Rum Runner Bar & Grill: 3988 North Valdosta Road, starts 9 p.m. Karaoke, fully digital, more than 60,000 songs. No cover.



VFW: Highway 125, Nashville. DJ spins hits, 6:30-8 p.m.; Razen Cain, a regional band, plays live country favorites, more, 8 p.m.-midnight. BYOB.



Watkins Music Hall: Mount Zion Road, 6:30-11 p.m. Admission: Free. An evening of bluegrass, country and gospel acts in a family atmosphere.



Wild Adventures: Old Clyattville Road. George Thorogood and Los Lonely Boys in concert. LLB plays 6:30 p.m.; Thorogood plays 8 p.m.
