The Johnston Lakes Library reopened Monday after being closed for renovations for the past several weeks.
The library branch had a structural issue repaired and received fresh paint and new carpeting, according to the South Georgia Regional Library.
The McMullen Southside Library is still undergoing similar renovations and will remain closed until further notice, said Halley Little, SGRL public relations and development coordinator.
Updates on the project’s progress and anticipated opening date will be made via the library’s Web site: www.sgrl.org
