LAKE PARK —
The Lake Park Chamber of Commerce will host a Summer Senior Sock Hop at the Eagles Roost Conference Center Saturday, July 31, from 6-10 p.m.
Seniors are invited to wear their best 50s attire as they dance the night.
The evening will include classic cars, a hula hoop contest, Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe look-alike contests and more. Root beer and coke floats will be sold for $1.
Admission is $10 and includes a hamburger or hot dog plate with a beverage and dessert. Anyone who drives a classic car to the show will receive free admission to the dance.
