Audrey Ann Corbitt, 60 of Lakeland passed away Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012 at her residence. She was born on March 1, 1952 in Clinch County, Ga. to James Augusta and Nunnie Mae (Spivey) Royals. Mrs. Corbitt was a member on the W.W. Church of God faith. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Corbitt, a son, Dale Corbitt, and a brother, Clinton Royals.
Her survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Loretta L Mills (Wade) of Nashville, Ga.; sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin A Corbitt (Amanda), Pearson, David P Corbitt (Bonnie), Lakeland; four brothers, Donald Royals, Edward Royals, Randall Royals, Vernon Royals; sister, Kathy Melton; a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012 at Sweetwater Cemetery in Pearson. Visitation will be held at Music Funeral Services in Lakeland from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2012.
