Infant Asher James Ellis, of Hahira passed away Friday, September 7, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center.
Survivors include his parents, Darren and Nikki Metzger Ellis, a brother, Ethan Ellis all of Hahira, maternal grandmother, Merci Metzger of Peachtree City, maternal grandfather, James Metzger of Atlanta, paternal grandparents, Mitchell and Kandy Ellis of Nicholls, great grandmother, Ruth Cole of Nicholls, great grandparents, Vernie and Elma Ellis of Nicholls, uncle, Christopher Metzger of Peachtree City, aunt, Stephanie Metzger of Peachtree City. He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Edwin “Buddy” Cole of Nicholls, Maurice and Charlotte Metzger of Anna, Illinois and Cornelio and Esperanza Cruz of Bulacan, Philippines.
Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Roberts Cemetery in Nicholls, Ga. The family will receive friends on Monday from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com. — Carson McLane Funeral Home.
