VALDOSTA — Ellis K. Sirmans, 75, a native of Brooks County, Ga., passed away on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, in Jacksonville, Fla. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced later by the Stevens-McGhee Funeral Home.
