VALDOSTA —
Peggy Carter Jones, 86, of Lakeland, Ga., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at the Lakeland Villa Convalescent Center after a lengthy illness.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Lakeland, Ga., with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 11 from 5-7 p.m. at Music Funeral Services, 88 W. Main St. in Lakeland, Ga.
