Homer “Lee” Miller Jr., 57, of Valdosta, Ga., passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief battle with cancer. He was born on June 29, 1955 in England to the late Homer Lee Miller Sr. and Virginia Jane (Holland) Miller of Valdosta, Ga. In 1996 he became the owner and operator of the family business, Lee Miller’s Auto Service Center.
Along with his mother, he is survived by: 3 Daughters and Sons-in-law, Angela and Ronnie Cannington, Valdosta, Ga., Alicia and David Jackson, Valdosta, Jessi and Levi Youmans, Valdosta; Fiancé, Sissy Folsom, Valdosta; Sister and Brother-in-law, Sharon and David Redding, Valdosta; Stepdaughter, Angel and Robby Catoe, Valdosta; Stepson, Dustin and Luann Bridges, Valdosta; 6 Grandchildren- James Jackson, Kayla Cannington, Rebecca Cannington, Lawson Youmans, Lynzie Bridges, and Kyle Bridges.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Music Funeral Services in Valdosta with burial to follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 6-8 p.m.
