Elmer S. Carter Jr.

-- — On Oct. 30, 2012, Elmer S. Carter Jr. passed away surrounded by his loving wife and family, he left this world with peace, happiness and love, as all who knew him would say these are the traits they always received from him. His smile and twinkle in his eye will be missed by all who knew him.
