VALDOSTA —
Joyce T. Trumbo, 64, of Valdosta died on Sunday, June 24, 2012, at Heritage Healthcare after a lengthy illness. Born April 27, 1948, in Charleston, West Virginia, Joyce was the daughter of the late Opie Anderson Taylor and Mary Genva Taylor. Mrs. Trumbo had worked for Whirlpool and for Wachovia Bank. She was a member of Open Door Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband, Charles Trumbo of Valdosta and numerous nieces.
Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce T. Trumbo will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at Open Door Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church. Reverend Arthur Knight and Reverend Brian Sayre will officiate. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday morning from 9:00 am until service time.
