Cleo Biggles Dorminey Miley of Orange City and Rockledge, Fla. passed away on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012 in Marietta, Ga. She was born on Oct. 3, 1921 in Lanier County, Georgia to William and Texas (Crosby) Biggles. Mrs. Miley was a retired school bus driver for 25 years in St. Lucie County in Fort Pierce, Fla. She was of the Assembly of God faith. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Dorminey and Joe Miley, her two sons, Willis and Bobby Dorminey, and her daughter, Inez Dorminey.
Her survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, David Dorminey (Loy), Allons, Tenn.; daughters and sons-in-law, Rosetta Bailey (Bobby), Rockledge, Fla., Myrt Brooks (Larry), Orlando, Fla., Linda Cornblit (Joey), Plantation, Fla.; daughter, Betty Burkhalter, Rockledge, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in the Burnt Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, Aug. 17, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Heritage Hospice, 3315 Hilltop Drive, Marietta, Georgia, 30066.
