VALDOSTA —
Lewis Timothy Thomas, 54, of Ray City, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 14, 1958, in Lowndes County to the late Lewis Herman Thomas and Sarah Josephine Smith. He served in the U.S. Army as a transport driver.
He is survived by his son, Lewis Timothy “L.T.” Thomas Jr. of Ray City; two stepdaughters, Lee Yarbrough of South Korea and Carrie Yarbrough of Valdosta; mother, Sarah Smith Thomas of Sparks; brother, Bruce Thomas of Naylor; two sisters, Vera Morrison of Hahira and Angela Thomas of Lake Park.
As per his wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. — Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville
