-- — MSgt Bruce A. Higham, U.S. Army (ret.), of Valdosta passed on to the Lord on February 18, 2013, after a short illness. He was 83. He is survived by his loving and ever caring wife, Sylvia; three sons, Douglas, William and Bruce; two step children, Angela Kercher and Victor Decker; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Interment will be held at a later date in Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico, Virginia. — Music Funeral Services.
