VALDOSTA —
Mattie Missouria Terrell, 74, of Lake Park, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013, at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born July 7, 1938, in Lowndes County to the late Fred Terrell and Mattie Grant Terrell. She was a homemaker and member of Ministry Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Richard “Allen” Terrell, Lake Park, Ga., daughter in-law, Lynnel Terrell, Adel; granddaughter, Alexandria Terrell, Adel; grandson, Hank Terrell, Adel; several cousins and extended family members.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, March 14, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Echols County.
Family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. today at Music Funeral Services of Valdosta.
