Janice Jones, 65, of Chaserville, died Saturday January 19, 2013 in the Cook Senior Living Center. She was born October 31, 1947 in Lowndes County to the late Perry Lee Jones and the late Lois Allen. She was a homemaker and attended Flat Creek Church.
She is survived by her sister: Teresa (Tommy) Smith of Sparks; brother: Jerry Jones of Nashville; 2 nieces: Catrice Pinson and Becky Jones; 2 nephews: Bryan Jones and Tommy Smith, Jr; great nieces and nephews: Savannah Beal, Dylan Beal, Caley Pinson, Hunter Weeks, and Braydon Smith .
Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday Jan. 22, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Flat Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Gary James officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. — Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville.
