J.D. Moore, 74, of Valdosta passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born on April 15, 1938 in Hahira, GA to the late Johnnie S. and Marie (Snow) Moore.
Survivors Include: Wife, Alice Moore, Valdosta; Daughter & Son-in-law, Sharron & Jim Fowler, Valdosta; 3 Sons & Daughters-in-law, Gregg & Barbara Moore, Valdosta, John Dee Moore, Valdosta, Kenny & Lori Moore, Valdosta; 8 Grandchildren: Monica, Brandi, Alicia, Lil Gregg, Chad, Dee, Jay and Bailey and 13 Great Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday night, January 28, 2013 at the funeral home.
