Hazel Marie Blaker, 76, of Lake Park passed away at her residence on Saturday, October 27, 2012 following a short illness. Heaven has received an angel and she is now in the presence of her Savior. She was born on December 31, 1935 in Logan, West Virginia to the late Lewis and Grace Conley Baisden and has been a resident of this area for 39 years. She was employed with Shoney’s of Lake Park as the head cook and was a member of Loch Laurel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Virgil Blaker of Lake Park; two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Donna Blaker and Donald Blaker and Kay Duncan; a granddaughter and her husband, Angelina and James Wilkes and two great-grandchildren, Gracen and Kinlee Wilkes all of Lake Park; a sister, Donna Jean Grate of Columbia, Missouri and a brother, Sherman Baisden of Jackson, Ohio.
