VALDOSTA —
Mr. Ronald Williamson, 76 of Dixie passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman. Mr. Williamson was born May 29, 1936 to the late Harold Cornelius and Lucy Lawhorne Williamson. He served in the United States Navy and was a grocery clerk with Harvey's Supermarket before retiring.
Survivors include his two sisters, Kathryn Jones of Thomasville, and Sue Furr of Thomasville; one brother, James C. Williamson of Valdosta. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by two brothers, David Williamson and Herman Williamson.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Harris officiating. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.maxwellmillerfuneralhome.com. — Maxwell-Miller Funeral Home of Quitman is in charge of arrangements.
