VALDOSTA —
Henry Carl Harnage, 49, of Hahira died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at his home. He was born in Hahira on Jan. 29, 1963 and a member of the Hahira Church of God. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved playing music and enjoyed being with people. Mr. Harnage was a technician with Dupont.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Charlie Howard of Naylor; his son, Jacob Harnage of Lakeland; two grandchildren, Noah Howard and Eden Howard; his parents, Rev. Leonard and Marian Harnage of Hahira; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Cheryl Ann and Bill Foppe of Indianapolis, Ind., Brenda and Ricky Bailey of Hahira; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Jimmy and Carolyn Harnage of Statenville, Steve Harnage of Lake Park; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry Carl and Cloa Harnage, Ashley James and Marie Dampier.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. Ken Morgan and Pastor Mike Wells officiating.
