VALDOSTA —
Jerry Emond, 45, of Valdosta, passed away on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at his residence. He was born on Oct. 25, 1966, in Valdosta to George Milne Emond and Betty Francis (Avery) Exum.
His survivors include his mother and stepfather, Betty and Tom Exum of Valdosta; father and stepmother, George and Ludie Emond, Valdosta; two sisters and brother-in-law, Jan and Kevin Bauer, Valdosta, Cheryl Rice, Valdosta; nephew, Jacob Rice; and nieces, Keaton Rice, Jennifer Sumner.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. No formal visitation will be held.
