VALDOSTA —
David William Goleski, 63, of Quitman died Wednesday July 25, 2012 in Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla.
Born in Ogdensburg, N.Y. he was the son of Paul and Mildred Simmons Goleski. He was a mechanic for BCT Gin and a member of Hickory Head Baptist Church.
He is survived by three children; Mark (Crystal) Goleski of Quitman, Becky Goleski of Valdosta, Sarah Goleski of Vermont, his mother; Mildred Goleski of Peoton, Ill.; four brothers and sisters; Darlene Burns of Lisbon, N.Y., Thomas Goleski of Chicago, Ill., Paul Goleski of Okla., and Sally Schell of Peoton, Ill. He was preceded in death by his father Paul Goelski.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6-8 p.m. with cremation to follow.
