VALDOSTA —
Beth Vann, 49, of Delray Beach, Fla. went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 18, 2012. She was born in Elgin, Ill. to the late Aubrey and Barbara Vann. Beth received a Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas. She had a successful career as a Lobbyist for the Realtor Association of Palm Beach County, Fla. From 2005 to 2008, Beth served as Assistant Director of South Georgia House of Hope in Valdosta, Ga. Many lives have been forever changed because of her willingness to follow God’s call on her life. “She made a difference”.
The love of Beth’s life was her precious daughter, Jessica. Nothing brought her more joy than their times together. Beth was known for her witty one-liners, her love for Jessie and her intense faith in Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her sister, Zandra Vann; her brother, Aubrey (Skip) Vann; her daughter, Jessica Keir; and her niece, Samantha Vann.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at 3 p.m. at South Georgia House of Hope; 2551 Indian Ford Road; Valdosta, Ga. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Beth’ honor to South Georgia House of Hope.
