Terry Grenat, 69, of Valdosta passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013, at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on October 25, 1943 to the late Ivan Charles and Alberta Jeanne (Mehegan) Grenat. He retired after 22 years as a Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Following his service to his country he worked and retired from the civil service after 20 years of service. He was a member of Covenant Baptist Church. Mr. Grenat was preceded in death by 2 brothers, William Grenat and John Grenat.
Survivors Include: Wife ,Chun Cha Grenat, Valdosta, Ga.; Daughter and Son-in-law, Tracy & Tony Nicasio, Tucson, Ariz.; 2 Sons & daughters-in-law, Tony Grenat, Detroit, Mich., Steve & Heather Grenatm Valdosta, Ga.; 3 Grandchildren:, Lafayette, Ind., Diane & Bob Slaughterbe, Fort Collins, Colo.; A number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Perimeter Road Baptist Church. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Relay for Life of Lowndes County, GA, 323 Pine Ave Ste 100, Albany, GA 31701.
