VALDOSTA —
Richard Andrew Pennock, 44, of Quitman, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Brooks County Hospital. He was born Sept. 3, 1968, in North Adams, Mass., to John Frederick and Dorothy Thomas Pennock. Mr. Pennock was a photographer for the North Adams Fire Department and a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sara Pennock of Quitman; mother, Dorothy Pennock of North Adams, Mass.; two brothers, Paul Michael Pennock of Chicago, Ill., and Steven James Pennock of Las Vegas, Nev.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Frederick Pennock.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at 2 p.m. in Lebanon Cemetery in Pavo with the Rev. Jay Roberson and the Rev. Mike Brown officiating.
The family will be receiving friends at their home Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
