VALDOSTA —
Ronnie Eugene Touchton, 65 of Naylor, Ga. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 in South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Ga. He was born on Feb. 20, 1947 in Lanier County, Ga. to the late Curtis Eugene and Eula Mae (Bohannon) Touchton. He was a fork lift operator for Dollar General and a member of the Buzzard Bay Hunting Club in Cogdell, Georgia. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Crowe.
Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Amy Bennett (Jesse) of Pearson; Melissa Touchton of Pearson; sons and daughter-in-law- Ronnie Touchton (Crystal) of Columbus, Ga.; Brandon Touchton of Lakeland, Ga.; Grandsons- Everett K. Williams of Pearson; Isaiah Ashford of Pearson; Malachi Touchton of Pearson; Chrystian Touchton of Columbus, Ga.; Kenneth Miller of Columbus, Ga.; Dekota Daniel Bennett of Axson, Ga.; Javier Emanuel Martinez of Axson, Ga.; granddaughters, Zoey Lynn Touchton of Lanier County, Ga.; Teaira Nicole Bennett of Axson, Ga.; brother and sister-in-law- Roger Touchton (Mary) of Naylor; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda Simpson (Philip) of Naylor; Brenda Jones (Ken) of Inman, S.C.; sister, Glenda West of Naylor; a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services in Lakeland, Ga. with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lakeland, Ga.
