Nadine Tucker Justice

VALDOSTA — Nadine Tucker Justice, 90, of Valdosta, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on June 12, 1922 in Moultrie to the late Wright William Tucker and Ruby Marie Strickland Tucker. Mrs. Justice worked at Strickland Cotton Mills as a textile worker, was a member of Azalea City Church of God, was a seamstress, a homemaker, was a great cook and loving saint.

She is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas and Barbara Justice of Horn Lake, Miss., Ralph and Carol Justice of Quincy, Fla., Otis and Sandra Justice of Munford, Tenn., Reverend Jack and Susan Justice and Johnny and Penny Justice of Lake Park; two daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Ray Pollards of McDonough and Martha and Ronnie Hardin of Blacksburg, S.C., 26 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren; one sister, Nancy Hawley of Pelham; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Junior and Margie Tucker of Pelham, Billy and Joanne Tucker and Larry Tucker of Putney and Dalton and Carolyn Tucker of Pelham. Mrs. Justice is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tom W. Justice, her son, Robert L. Justice, her grandson, Andy Lovell, her great-grandson, Taylor McRae, three brothers, Dolphus Tucker, Ray Tucker and Douglas Tucker and one sister, Pauline Tucker Justice.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Azalea City Church of God. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8  p.m. this evening  at the church. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Azalea City Church of God Seniors Ministry.
