Connie Sue Stith 50, of Lakeland, Ga. passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012 at her sister’s house Kay Mann after a lengthy illness. She was born July 15, 1962 in Adel, Georgia to the late James H. Stith and Mathaline Anderson Stith. She retired from the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department after many years.
Survivors include one daughter, Kobi White, Valdosta one son, Casey Ethridge, Brookfield, Ga.; three sisters, Kay Mann, Lakeland, Ga., Patsy Bennett, Stockton, Cindy Johnson, Stockton; three brothers, Tommy Allen, Dasher, Ga., James “Stinker” Stith, Stockton, Ga., Randy Stith, Stockton, Ga.; two grandchildren; and a special friend, Karen Richmon, Lakeland Ga.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday July 8, 2010 in the Love Joy Community Church near Lakeland Ga. She will be placed in the church one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Wayfare Cemetery in Echols County.
