Allen Donald “Donnie” Weldon, 41, of Cecil, died Wednesday, October 24, 2012. He was born on June 1, 1971 in Homerville, GA. Donnnie was an electrician and a devoted father to his children.
He is survived by his children, Allen Ray Weldon (Tiame Schwartz), Taylor Weldon, Dawson Chandler Weldon, Heather Marie Howell, Joseph Brett Weldon and Jordan Lee Weldon all of Valdosta, three brothers and two sisters in law, Steve and Karen Weldon of Hahira, Anthony Weldon of Conyers, Gary and Sandy Weldon of Valdosta, his sister and brother in law, Michelle and Mark Baldree of Ray City, mother of his children, Kellie McGill of Valdosta, several nieces and nephews. Donnie is preceded in death by his parents, Juanita Mae Bailey Weldon and Jerome Lawrence Weldon.
A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, October 29, 2012 at two p. m. at Friendship Cemetery. Burial will follow.
