Mae L. Morrison, 87 of Northport, Ala., formerly of Valdosta passed away July 22, 2012 at DCH Regional Medical Center, Northport, Ala. She was a longtime resident of Valdosta and member of St. Augustine Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, George A. Morrison in 2004.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy Stinnett (Nick), Northport, Ala., Mary Leigh Cox (Billy J.), Huntsville, Ala.; three grandchildren, David (Kelsey) Stinnett, Joseph Stinnett, Tuscaloosa, Ala., Katrina (Steve) Cox Smith, Trinity, Ala.
Graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. (Eastern) Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Dasher Cemetery, Dasher, Ga. Donations may be made to your favorite charity. — Magnolia-Chapel North Funeral Home, Northport, Ala.
