Linda Tyler Fry, 51, of Lakeland, Florida died Monday, July 9, 2012. She was born in Rockdale, Georgia on June 1, 1961 to the late Joseph R., Jr. and Ollie Crane Tyler. Mrs. Fry had worked as a computer programmer before her illness.
Survivors include her fiancé, Matthew Smith of Lakeland, Fla.; her daughter, Crystal Furnell of Lakeland, Fla.; grandchildren, Carson and Peyton Kendrick, and their mother Briana Kendrick of Oklahoma; her sister, Debby Manwarren of Lakeland, Fla.; her brother, Joseph Tyler, III of Tampa, Fla.; uncle, Edward Williams of Valdosta; aunt, Rebecca Tyler of Valdosta; nieces and nephews, Brett Martin, Brittany Manwarren, John Manwarren, Jr., and Justin Manwarren, all of Lakeland, Fla.; and numerous additional family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, July 16, 2012 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery in Hahira. Mrs. Fry will lie in state at the home Edward Williams, 1210 McRee Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602 until service time on Monday.
