VALDOSTA —
Grady Joseph Wells, 71 of Valdosta Georgia passed away Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1941 to the late Jay and Ola Yarbrough Wells. He served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years.
He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and Neal McMillan, Plane, Texas, Cindy and Alan Thompson, Woodbury, Vt.; son, Christopher Wells, Plainsville, Vt.; seven grandchildren: Kimberly Sosa (Arthur), Mary McMillan, Robert McMillian, Stephanie McMillian, Brian Thompson, Mathew Thompson and Daniel Thompson; brothers and sisters-in-law, James Albert Wells, Hinesville, Ga., Derrall and Jackie Wells, Douglasville, Ga., Charles and Karin Wells, Ludowici, Ga.; a number of nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes he will be cremated and A memorial service will be held, Thursday November 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Valdosta chapel of Music Funeral Services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
