Charles Jackson “Jackie” Williams, 67, of Trumann, Ark. died Saturday August 18, 2012 in the Trumann Health and Rehab Center in Trumann, Ark.
He was born February 25, 1945 in Cook County to the late James Alfred Williams and the late Mamie Odoms. He was a trucking company dispatcher and a member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Trumann, Ark. He served in the United States Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Bennie Williams and a nephew, Stanley Hall.
He is survived by a sister, Evelyn (Earl) Hall of Nashville; sister-in-law, Irma Folsom of Adel and several nieces.
Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Pleasant Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday morning from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. — Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville.
